eBOS participated in the PST and General Assembly meeting of PROBONO project
Between the 25th and 27th of February 2025, eBOS participated in the Project Steering Team (PST) and General Assembly (GA) meetings of PROBONO project in Dublin, Ireland, where the latest developments as well as the upcoming milestones where discussed, ahead of the review meeting for the second reporting period. Georgia Pantelide, Senior R&D Project Manager presented the latest advancements in the development of the Human Machine Interface and the Open Knowledge Base as well as the latest deliverables status.
PROBONO project brings together a European multidisciplinary consortium of 47 partners, construction and consulting entities, public asset service managers, municipalities, technology solution providers and experts, to turn the six European districts (PROBONO´s Living Labs) into Green Building Neighbourhoods (GBN), with positive energy balance and zero carbon emissions: two large-scale demonstrators (Madrid and Dublin) and four living labs representing business/owner promoters of the green buildings and neighbourhoods’ transition (Porto, Brussels, Aarhus, Prague).
The 6G Smart Networks of the future will enable high-performance, energy-efficient infrastructure, driving digital transformation and smart societies. 6G-INTENSE introduces a novel approach to telecom architecture, fostering a multi-stakeholder ecosystem where Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and resource owners collaborate to share the transition costs from 5G to 6G. Given the vast scale and complexity of 6G networks, advanced automation powered by Native AI is essential. 6G-INTENSE abstracts and federates diverse computational and communication resources under an intelligent orchestration framework, DIMO, ensuring seamless, AI-driven management and optimization for next-generation connectivity.
eBOS plays a pivotal role in the PROBONO project, leading key technological and quality-focused tasks. eBOS is responsible for developing and maintaining the Open Knowledge Base (OKB), a digital resource for knowledge sharing, as well as the design and implementation of the Human Machine Interface (HMI), which will provide users with tools for data visualization, access to a solutions catalogue, and a decision workflow. Additionally, eBOS is leading Quality Assurance activities, ensuring high standards across the project ensuring that project deliverables meet high standards of accuracy, relevance and compliance.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Europe Research and Innovation programme under Grant Agreement No 101037075.
