eBOS participated in the 5th General Assembly meeting of the DELPHI project in Madrid
On 17–19 March 2026, the DELPHI consortium gathered in Madrid, Spain, for its 5th General Assembly meeting, hosted by DHL, Metro de Madrid, and KOIKI. The three-day event brought together project partners to review progress, align on upcoming milestones, and advance the implementation of DELPHI solutions across pilot cities.
eBOS Technologies Ltd actively participated in the meeting, represented by Dr. Kyriaki Psara (Senior R&D Project Manager), contributing to discussions on data management, interoperability, and secure data sharing. The agenda featured project management updates, technical progress on the federated ecosystem, predictive modelling, and demonstration activities. Particular emphasis was placed on data processing, interoperability, and platform federation architecture.
Day two focused on demonstration results and evaluation workshops for the four pilot cities, Madrid, Athens, Cluj-Napoca, and Mykonos, enabling partners to assess progress and refine implementation strategies. On the final day, participants experienced the Madrid pilot firsthand, including visits to metro depot operations, KOIKI microhub logistics, and last-mile delivery solutions, highlighting the real-world impact of DELPHI innovations.
The DELPHI project addresses pressing challenges in passenger and freight mobility by creating a federated network of platforms to enable secure, seamless multimodal transport data sharing. By combining innovative tools such as UAS-powered monitoring, AI/ML-driven optimisation, and hybrid passenger-freight transport solutions, DELPHI seeks to improve interoperability and optimise transport networks across Europe. The project’s digital framework is being validated through four diverse pilot programmes to ensure real-world applicability and impact.
eBOS serves as the project’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), supported by data privacy contacts from each consortium member to ensure effective data management. With over 18 years of expertise as a software powerhouse, eBOS translates pilot requirements into technical specifications for the project’s technology development. Additionally, eBOS leads efforts in data management, open science, legal and ethical compliance, gender considerations, and the development of frameworks for secure, efficient data handling, as well as harmonized data specifications and reference models.
