eBOS Joins Partners in Athens for the First LLM4CIP General Assembly Meeting

The LLM4CIP project successfully held its first plenary meeting during a two-day event on 23-24 June 2026 in Athens, Greece. The meeting was hosted by the UBITECH technical management team and brought together all consortium partners to review the project’s progress and coordinate the next phases of implementation.

Partners discussed about the technical progress of the project, including the preparation of the Cyber Digital Twin (CDT) infrastructure, a key component that will be made available to participants of the upcoming Open Calls, scheduled to launch in January 2027. Consortium members also discussed the progress of the project’s AI-driven cybersecurity tools and the roadmap for the next development phases. In addition, partners extensively reviewed and agreed on the procedures for Open Call cycle 1, ensuring a transparent and efficient process for future beneficiaries. Discussions also covered quality assurance and reporting activities for the M01-M06 period, risk management methodologies, and the progress of dissemination and communication activities.

The LLM4CIP project is a 36-month EU-funded initiative that leverages Large Language Models, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies, cybersecurity digital twins, and advanced risk assessment tools to empower both cybersecurity professionals and non-expert users to more effectively simulate, detect, analyse, and mitigate cyber threats.

As the project reaches its sixth month of implementation, it has already achieved several important milestones. Among its key accomplishments are the successful development of the project’s branding and visual identity, the launch of the official website, and the establishment of a comprehensive dissemination and communication strategy that will guide outreach activities throughout the project’s lifecycle. Over the coming months, the consortium will further intensify its communication and dissemination efforts through participation in workshops, conferences, and both online and in-person events. These activities will provide valuable opportunities to showcase the project’s innovative approach, engage with key stakeholders, and raise awareness of its contributions to advancing AI-powered cybersecurity solutions across Europe.

Within the LLM4CIP project, eBOS leads the Quality Assurance and Risk Management activities, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones and outcomes and monitoring potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and supporting the overall quality and effectiveness of the project’s execution. In addition, eBOS leads the dissemination, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities, contributing to the promotion of the project’s results and impact across the European cybersecurity ecosystem. The company also leads the market analysis and exploitation activities, identifying market opportunities defining pathways towards the commercialisation and long-term sustainability of the project’s innovations.

From a technical perspective, eBOS contributes to the development of the project’s AI/ML-based threat detection capabilities, supporting the design and implementation of advanced mechanisms for the identification, analysis, and mitigation of malicious activities and cyber threats, thereby strengthening the protection and resilience of critical infrastructure networks.
