eBOS hosted the Consortium meeting of the DELPHI project

On 24–25 September 2025, eBOS Technologies Ltd proudly hosted the 4th General Assembly meeting of the DELPHI project at the European University Cyprus in Nicosia. This two-day event gathered partners and stakeholders from across Europe to review progress, align on key milestones, and plan the next steps in the project’s implementation. eBOS was represented by Dr. Kyriaki Psara, Senior R&D Project Manager, and Mr. Sozos Karageorgiou, Senior R&D Project Manager.

The agenda featured plenary sessions, technical workshops, and pilot-focused discussions covering all core work packages. Highlights included updates on data interoperability, secure data sharing, predictive modelling, and demonstration activities. Day one combined presentations and a WP3 workshop on federated ecosystems and legacy system integration, while day two focused on detailed planning for the four pilot cases in Madrid, Athens, Cluj-Napoca, and Mykonos. Networking opportunities, including a group dinner, further strengthened collaboration between partners.

The DELPHI project addresses pressing challenges in passenger and freight mobility by creating a federated network of platforms to enable secure, seamless multimodal transport data sharing. By combining innovative tools such as UAS-powered monitoring, AI/ML-driven optimisation, and hybrid passenger-freight transport solutions, DELPHI seeks to improve interoperability and optimise transport networks across Europe. The project’s digital framework is being validated through four diverse pilot programmes to ensure real-world applicability and impact.

eBOS serves as the project’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), supported by data privacy contacts from each consortium member to ensure effective data management. With over 18 years of expertise as a software powerhouse, eBOS translates pilot requirements into technical specifications for the project’s technology development. Additionally, eBOS leads efforts in data management, open science, legal and ethical compliance, gender considerations, and the development of frameworks for secure, efficient data handling, as well as harmonized data specifications and reference models.
