eBOS Contributes to Key Discussions at the First TRUNSPORT General Assembly Meeting
The TRUNSPORT consortium successfully held its first General Assembly meeting on 6-7 July 2026 in Thessaloniki, Greece, bringing together representatives from all partner organisations to review the project’s progress and align on upcoming activities. The two-day meeting provided an important opportunity for partners to exchange insights, assess achievements to date, and coordinate the next phases of the project.
During the first day, discussions focused primarily on the technical progress of the project. Partners reviewed the status of the ongoing technical Work Packages and the development of the Cyber Support Hub (CSH) platform. Technical partners also participated in a technical workshop to discuss the frontend and backend development of the platform tools and the platform integration procedures and define the next technical milestones of the project.
The second day was dedicated to planning upcoming project activities, with particular emphasis on the Open Calls and strategies for their promotion and outreach. In addition, the consortium reviewed the project’s communication and dissemination activities, evaluated progress achieved so far, and established a roadmap for the next six months to maximise the project’s impact and visibility.
TRUNSPORT is a European cybersecurity initiative that aims to strengthen the protection, preparedness, and resilience of transport and large industrial infrastructures against evolving cyber threats. The project will develop and deploy an innovative Cyber Support Hub (CSH), a one-stop platform providing advanced cybersecurity services, including threat and risk assessment, vulnerability testing, continuous risk monitoring, cyber-range exercises, training, and mutual assistance mechanisms. A flagship innovation of the project is its Generative Artificial Intelligence-based system mapper, which enables infrastructure operators to visualise complex systems, identify vulnerabilities, assess compliance with the NIS2 Directive, and receive tailored recommendations to enhance their cybersecurity posture.
Now in its sixth month of implementation, TRUNSPORT has already achieved several important milestones. These include the successful development and launch of the project’s visual identity and official website, the establishment of a comprehensive Dissemination, Communication, and Exploitation Plan to guide outreach activities throughout the project’s lifetime, and the completion of the Data Management Plan, which lays the foundation for secure and effective data governance across all project activities.
Within the TRUNSPORT project, eBOS plays a central role by leading the system architecture activities, ensuring the design, integration, and seamless operation of the project’s innovative Cyber Support Hub (CSH). The company contributes to the development of the platform’s core components, supporting the delivery of advanced cybersecurity services for transport infrastructures and interconnected operational and informational technology environments. In parallel, eBOS leads the Dissemination and Communication work package, coordinating outreach, stakeholder engagement, and awareness-raising activities to maximize the project’s visibility and impact across Europe. Through its technical expertise and project management capabilities, eBOS actively supports TRUNSPORT’s mission to strengthen cybersecurity preparedness, resilience, and compliance within the transport sector.
