eBOS Attends the InfoCom Security Conference & Expo “Cyber Resilience in the Age of AI”
On December 6th of 2023, Dr. Charalambos Klitis (Technical R&D Project Manager) and Dr. Elisavet Grigoriou (R&D Programme Manager) participated in the highly anticipated 5th InfoCom Security Conference & Expo “Cyber Resilience in the Age of AI” in Cyprus. The Conference took place at the Cyprus State Fair, Nicosia and was hosted by Smart Press.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming various sectors and influencing society at large, making cyber resilience crucial in safeguarding the integrity and reliability of these AI-powered systems. As AI becomes embedded in cloud computing, IoT, Big Data, and blockchain infrastructure, the complexity and vulnerability of digital ecosystems increase, inviting sophisticated cyber-attacks. The primary goal of Infocom Security Cyprus, a leading digital security event in Cyprus and Greece, is to address the evolving challenges in the cyber threat landscape in the age of artificial intelligence. This event aimed to highlight modern approaches to enhance cyber resilience, focusing on the latest developments in cybercrime, ransomware, and other attack campaigns. It served as a platform for presenting new integrated solutions, technological tools, and services that strengthen cyber protection mechanisms and optimise risk management. The event emphasised the importance of awareness practices in cybersecurity, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and user education.
