eBOS at the 6G-PATH General Assembly in Bucharest

eBOS was represented at the 4th General Assembly Meeting of the 6G-PATH project, held on March 27–28, 2025, in Bucharest, Romania, by Christos Skoufis, Deputy Head or R&D Projects, who attended the meeting in person, and Marilena Paraskeva, R&D Project Manager, who joined remotely.

EBOS participated in the session dedicated to Work Package 7 (WP7), where Marilena presented the progress and next steps for the tasks led by eBOS. WP7 focuses on dissemination, commercialisation, and standardisation—key components to ensure the project’s visibility, stakeholder engagement, and long-term impact.

In addition to WP7, Christos also shared updates on eBOS’s involvement in other areas, including:

  • Task 1.3 – Quality Assurance and Risk Management, supporting efficient project delivery and risk oversight.
  • Technical contributions under WP3, particularly the development of the Analytics Dashboard and the Northbound Interface, which connects with the project’s Testbed Repository.

The two-day meeting brought together all project partners to exchange updates, align on priorities, and plan upcoming activities. Special attention was given to reviewing the progress of use cases and trials, and how they align with the project’s overall objectives.

6G-PATH is a Horizon Europe Innovation Action project that aims to accelerate the development and testing of next-generation mobile technologies. By combining seven advanced testbeds with ten use cases across health, education, smart cities, and farming, the project provides a collaborative framework to validate 6G innovations. It also supports future expansion through open calls, enabling wider community involvement and promoting measurable impact through KPIs and KVIs.

6G-PATH project has received funding from the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU) under the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No. 101139172.
